John Hoefl
Hot Springs - Garland County

John is a senior farm credit financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial specializing in personal and business planning. He is responsible for interacting with clients in central Arkansas using a needs-based sales approach to both identify and develop solutions to meet their near- and long- term financial objectives.

He holds a B.S. in landscape architecture and horticulture from Texas A&M and has taken post-graduate courses at UALR. John is active in the Hot Springs Civitan organization and was honored as Civitan of the Year in 2006 by the Hot Springs Village Civitans. He is a graduate of Leadership Hot Springs and is the current president of the Leadership Hot Springs Alumni Association.

John hopes his participation in the LeadAR Program will broaden his awareness of programs and benefits to Arkansas agriculture. He has a five-year-old son.
