Edet Frank
Little Rock - Pulaski County

Edet is the assistant director for services management for the Division of Volunteerism in the Department of Health and Human Services. In that capacity, he provides leadership in planning, designing, and implementing state volunteer and national service programs to tackle pressing community social problems and foster a spirit of civic engagement and participation.

He holds a B.S. degree in computer information systems and a Master’s in public administration from Arkansas State University. He also holds two certificates in management, one from UALR, and another from the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium. He has been honored as an Employee of the Year by the Division of Volunteerism.

Edit wants to use his LeadAR experience to further strengthen the capacity of non-profit grassroots organizations in Arkansas. He has two grown children.
