If you want a life changing experience where you will excel beyond your wildest dreams and desires, LeadAR will challenge you along that path. I personally grew from a caterpillar to a butterfly due to the opportunities and experiences of LeadAR.

LeadAR is "sustainable" leadership training. Many times, training is a onetime event that provides brief educational and career enhancement.  LeadAR is structured for sustainability.  The LeadAR experience impacts participants for a lifetime.

Pam Christie
Class 10
President/CEO
Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce

My children bring their friends regularly to our home and to spend the night every now and then. I have found out that many of these kids come from pretty messed up situations. I would like to think that they see our home as a place that is safe and solid place to be. Last year my oldest son graduated high school and is now at the U of A. His best friend, Austin, came to our home a lot. I asked Austin why he came over so much. He told me that until he came to our house, he had never eaten a meal at home. I am not sure what to make of all this other than it is important to make myself available to help others.

The thing I took away from LeadAR was to look to myself for the solutions to the problems in my community. I do not care if it makes the news or whether it is seen by others. The solution starts with me. Not the government. Trying to find solutions and do the right things is not always the easiest path to forge.

Class 10 - Fayetteville
Cattle rancher

LeadAR is an amazing opportunity to meet people from around the state and form professional bonds and friendships. My classmates in LeadAR Class 10 have been resources that have made a huge impact on my job performance over the last few years. Without the LeadAR experience, I can honestly say there are a number of projects for my community that wouldn't have been accomplished."

Jon Chadwell
Class 10 - Newport
Executive Director
Newport Economic Development Commission

LeadAR allowed me to meet some of the finest folks in Arkansas and see and learn even more about my state than I knew before. Even now, when I am called upon to volunteer or speak to others in my community, I remember Joe and our extemporaneous speaking, and I get the gentle nudge and the confidence that I need to step out there and participate boldly. I have so many wonderful memories of our travels and our learning experiences through LeadAR.

Class 10 - El Dorado
