How to Apply
Selection Committee
The selection committee for each district is usually composed of
6 to 9 members: 3 to 5 LeadAR Advisory Council Selection Committee
members, the district Extension director and the associate Extension
district director, a county Extension agent from a county with no
applicants, and two LeadAR alumni from counties with no applicants
(or alumni who do not know the applicants they will be
interviewing). The committee interviews all applicants in a
district. The committee in each district will have different
district directors, agents, and alumni on the committee.
