The Rural Profile of Arkansas seeks to capture the diversity of rural Arkansas by
breaking analysis of rural areas into three distinct regions: the Delta, the
Coastal Plains and the Highlands. While the focus is on rural Arkansas, data are
also provided for urban counties and urban regions
