Tuition for all four days: $250 per registered student, check or money order only, in advance.

Twofers: A 2nd person from same company may attend at no charge, but will not receive CEU credit. Class size is limited to 12 people, from no more than 10 companies. Make check or money order payable to Univ. of Ark. Cooperative Extension Service. All classes are held at our training facility in Malvern. ADA-accessible. Free parking. Register Online or by phone at 501-337-5355.

Objective: At the end of this course, you will be able to compile an acceptable proposal for the U. S. General Services Administration Federal Supply Service Multiple Award Schedule, or a comparable IDIQ contracting vehicle with this or another agency. Instructor will provide six additional hours of individual coaching and "proposal scrubdown" before you submit it. APAC makes no guarantee that you will be awarded the contract but we will teach you how to qualify. Upon completion of the 24 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of coaching and an acceptable proposal, you will receive a certificate for 3 Continuing Education Units.
